1. Our commitment

A-Commotion Ltd is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability, device, or circumstance. We believe that access to information should be open to everyone and we are committed to making all reasonable efforts to address any accessibility concerns.

2. Technical specification

This website relies on the following technologies for conformance:

• JavaScript

3. Compliance status

We have designed this website with accessibility in mind and have incorporated a number of accessibility features, including:

• Semantic HTML5 markup throughout
• Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
• Sufficient colour contrast ratios between text and backgrounds in most areas of the site
• A responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and devices
• Keyboard-navigable navigation and interactive elements
• Focus states on interactive elements
• Scalable fonts using relative units (rem)

We have not yet conducted a formal audit of this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard. We are committed to undertaking a formal accessibility review by Q3 2027 and to addressing any issues identified.

4. Known limitations

While we have made reasonable efforts to ensure this site is accessible, we are aware that it may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in all areas, as a formal audit has not yet been completed. We will update this statement following our accessibility review.

This statement will be reviewed and updated following our formal accessibility audit, and at least annually thereafter.
