Andrew has spent 30 years leading complex digital transformation programmes across the NHS, central and local government, and the private sector. He has managed programmes worth over £900m in total, from a successful role on the world’s then-largest civilian IT programme to delivering a digital research platform that now accesses 6 million+ NHS patient records for neuroscience research. He brings the same level of personal engagement and executive-level judgement to every engagement, whether as a strategic advisor, an embedded delivery leader, or an interim COO.
