Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps A-Commotion Ltd has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chain.

1. Our organisation

A-Commotion Ltd is a boutique management and technology consultancy providing digital transformation strategy, programme leadership, and executive consulting services to public sector and private sector clients. We are a small organisation led by our founder and director, and we operate primarily in the United Kingdom.

2. Our commitment

A-Commotion Ltd is fully committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms — including forced labour, child labour, debt bondage, and trafficking — whether in our own operations, among our associates and collaborators, or within our supply chain.

3. Our supply chain and business relationships

Given the nature of our business — providing professional consultancy services — our supply chain is limited and low-risk. It consists primarily of:

• Individual associate consultants and contractors engaged for specific client engagements
• Professional services providers (accountancy, legal, IT support)
• Software and technology subscriptions for business operations

All associates and partners we work with are engaged on fair and transparent terms, and we take steps to ensure they are engaged freely and voluntarily, without coercion.

4. Due diligence

We take the following steps to identify and address potential modern slavery risks:

• We only engage individuals and organisations with whom we have an established working relationship or whom have been personally referred to us
• We ensure all engagements are documented with clear contractual terms that reflect fair and lawful working arrangements
• We ask associates and partners to confirm their commitment to ethical working practices
• We remain alert to indicators of modern slavery and would take immediate action, including termination of any relationship, if concerns were identified

5. Policies

We are committed to the following principles in all our operations:

• All individuals we engage are paid fairly and in full, without deductions that would constitute debt bondage
• All engagements are entered into freely and voluntarily
• We do not engage with any individuals or organisations that we know or suspect to be involved in modern slavery or trafficking
• We encourage anyone with concerns about modern slavery to raise them with us directly at enquiries@a-commotion.com

6. Training and awareness

As a small organisation, we ensure that our director and all associates are aware of the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and understand how to identify and report concerns.

7. Approval

This statement has been approved by the director of A-Commotion Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.
